Democracy Prep Public Schools is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Finance and Accounting team in Las Vegas. The candidate will support the Southwest region and be responsible for various financial tasks.

Skills

Thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with accounting programs like Intacct or FinancialEdge

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting issues
Account reconciliation
Month/quarter/year-end close
Financial reporting
Bank reconciliations
Cash flows and balance sheet analysis

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA preferred
