Our next classes start in June of 2025.
We’ve got you covered with a variety of shifts. We are currently hiring for schedules with start times with the following hours:

• 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM & 3:00 PM EST (DE, PA, NJ, MD, OH)

• 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM CST (IL)

• 7:00 AM, 10:00 AM & 1:00 PM MDT (UT)

• 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM & 12:00 PM MST (AZ)
Note: Shifts are Monday through Friday with weekends as assigned.

What You'll Do

  • Processes late and trailing transactions on fraud status accounts and processes zero fraud loss cases.
  • Updates information from merchant receipts to the case information screen.
  • Takes both inbound and outbound calls to customers for transaction verification.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
  • If working from home, you will need a quiet workspace so you can focus on our customers. You’ll also need a minimum of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS uploads from your internet provider. A wired connection is required.
  • We’ll provide you with all the equipment you need! Monitors, laptop, keyboard, mouse, headset, and amazing new hire training experience. You’ll also have the best coaches to help you deliver the best service!


How You'll Do It

  • Assist customer with entry level transactions and inquiries. Calls may be inbound or outbound and require a low amount of analytical work. Contact is with card member or third party.
  • Process and document customer case file. Documentation requires a high level of accuracy and may require the use of multiple systems or screens.

    Compensation:

    The base pay for this position generally ranges between $14.75 to $17.53. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
