Detailed Summary and Description
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated Intern to support the fast-paced growth of Vevo’s global music video network across distribution partnerships, including through market research and competitive analysis of various global distribution partners.
This role will help to achieve the company’s Connected TV (CTV) and FAST (Free Ad-Supported Television) growth objectives while gaining an understanding of our relationships with our valuable distribution partners. The Intern will partner cross-functionally across the business, learning the ins and outs of building a successful music television network.
As a member of the Distribution Partner Management team, you’ll support the success of the overall team in building strong relationships and fostering growth across our global distribution endpoints. You will work alongside talented and insightful individuals that will challenge you to think about balancing the user experience with revenue goals, what technical solutions should be implemented to launch an optimal product - and what promotional levers to pull in order to help drive growth.
In addition to excellent communication skills (written and verbal), success in this role will be dependent upon your ability to learn and adapt quickly, build internal and external relationships, anticipate team needs and be solution oriented when faced with challenges. An interest in the intersection of media, entertainment and technology is required, specifically in regard to the evolving CTV landscape, new digital trends, music, and emerging consumer video platforms.
