Global Product Marketing Manager (Remote Friendly)

Company Description

Welcome to the good side of tech 👋

You might have heard about us, but with a different name: Doctoralia. It all started 10 years ago, when we asked ourselves: is anyone in healthcare thinking about patients? We jumped in and we empowered patients by giving them access to leave and read reviews about their visit. We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients. And today is the day in which we ask you: will you join us in the next step of making the healthcare experience more human?

Docplanner at scale

We are leaders in 13 countries so far, and more than 90 million patients trust us every month. Almost 300.000 specialists believe in us and our product, and so do leading venture capital funds such as Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and One Peak Partners. And yet, employing over 2.700 people all over the globe, we managed to keep the startup-mindset we started with over 10 years ago.

Job Description

Docplanner offers solutions for individual doctors (small businesses) and Patient Management Systems for clinics (mid to enterprise) across key markets in Europe and Latin America. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that unify marketing efforts across these segments, drive growth, and integrate our product offerings. This role involves overseeing the marketing funnel, mentor the Product Marketing team, and positioning Docplanner’s AI product suite to accelerate new business acquisition and customer retention.

In a nutshell - what we’re looking for:

  • Unify marketing strategies for individual doctors and clinics, ensuring a consistent approach that spans from top-of-funnel awareness to sales enablement. Develop messaging that resonates with both small practices and larger clinics based on their unique needs and market dynamics.

  • Create targeted product packaging and storytelling that helps go-to-market teams differentiate the right offerings for various customer profiles, such as solo practitioners looking for visibility and agenda management or clinics needing advanced patient management solutions.

  • Leverage Docplanner’s AI product suite to position our advanced capabilities, incorporating AI-driven features such as automated appointment scheduling and improved patient experience during appointments, in marketing campaigns to speed up new business acquisition.

  • Collaborate with clinics teams to integrate multiple acquired solutions into a cohesive offering, seeking opportunities to drive growth and efficiency by refining value propositions and aligning with global marketing strategy.

  • Work closely with growth and sales teams to improve conversion rates by providing documentation on product benefits, gathering feedback from sales interactions, and developing playbooks for high-impact selling.

  • Support onboarding initiatives to enhance the post-purchase experience for doctors and clinics, ensuring users quickly adopt core features like appointment management, electronic medical records, payment processing.

  • Monitor adoption among larger clinic accounts, partnering with GTM teams to promote the uptake of newly developed features, track usage metrics, and facilitate additional training where needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience optimizing marketing funnels and utilizing performance marketing channels to drive top-of-funnel growth, with a focus on healthcare, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with key markets in Europe and Latin America, with an understanding of regional differences in healthcare systems and buying behaviors.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, go-to-market teams, and product managers to refine positioning and ensure that sales collateral is relevant and impactful for different customer segments.

  • Demonstrated success in leading product marketing initiatives across various customer segments, developing tailored strategies for different business sizes and use cases.

  • Analytical mindset, capable of using data to measure campaign success, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Italian, or other European languages is a plus.
