Job Description

We are looking for strong, motivated leaders to help run our Grand Rapids, MI based
Domino’s Pizza restaurants. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands
they are part of something larger than just the four walls of the store, values and fosters a
culture of teamwork, acts with integrity, holds their peers accountable, and is always
working to advance their skillset.


The quick service restaurant industry isn’t for everyone, so… before you hit “APPLY” we

and expectations of our Assistant Restaurant Managers.


The core responsibilities of an assistant restaurant manager include:

  • Maintaining food and safety standards
  • Inspiring and motivating a team to operate at a highly efficient level
  • Performing and delegating tasks so business operations run smoothly
  • Holding team members accountable to ensure follow through
  • Demonstrating the ability to deescalate situations and resolve conflicts
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries
  • Take deliveries as needed

The minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

  • Minimum of 20 hours per week availability
  • Flexible schedule
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable vehicle that meets safety standards
  • Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
