Daks, Inc had its beginnings in 2003 when we opened our first Domino’s Pizza store in Liberty, Texas. Over the next 15 years, we have grown to multiple stores in Texas, and Alabama, with over 1,000 employees.
Daks, Inc is family owned and has created an extensive family of people passionate about pizza. Currently we have numerous employees with over 15 years of service, in an industry that routinely has over 100% annual employee turnover rates. Some have even moved on to become Domino’s Pizza franchise owners.

At DAKS, Inc., home of delicious Domino's Pizza, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team located at 2650 Hwy. 36 South, Brenham, TX. Here at DAKS, Inc., we believe in creating meaningful experiences for both our customers and our fantastic team members. With a rich history since 2003, we pride ourselves on being a family-owned business where many of our valued employees have stayed for over 15 years, which is quite a feat in the fast-paced world of pizza! In this role, you'll have the chance to assist the General Manager in daily operations, including hiring, training, and supervising team members. You'll develop strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met with a smile. Managing inventory, purchasing, and operational tasks will be part of your daily routine, giving you a chance to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. And when the GM is away, you will step in as the acting manager, so you'll get to flex your leadership skills. If you’re a responsible, goal-oriented individual with great communication skills, we’d love for you to bring your proactive approach and passion for service to our team.
