IT System Admin

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in IT support & network administration. This role involves providing technical support to both remote and office users, ensuring all IT systems are running efficiently. A strong understanding of GSuite and Wi-Fi networking basics, and backup systems is essential.

  • This role involves providing technical support to both remote and office users, ensuring all IT systems are running efficiently
  • Manage and support GSuite applications, including setup, configuration, and user administration
  • Provides desktop support for all users; assisting users with inquiries and provides solutions
  • Installs network software and equipment; including changing the components of existing equipment
  • Provide and maintain computers, phones, and cellular phone hardware for company employees
  • Provides smartphone setup and support
  • Performs basic network administration and configuration duties for LAN, file servers, backup, and wireless network
  • Monitors the operation of the network and ensures hardware and software are functioning properly and that operation standards are met
  • Coordinate and interface with outside IT support or vendors when required
  • Document technical procedures and solutions in the knowledge base for future reference
  • Provide and maintain network copiers, faxes, and printers
  • Support multiple remote users with setup and troubleshooting various computer issues (VPN, Office apps, internet issues, etc....)
  • Serve the executive team in the position of Executive Assistant as an additional role until if/when workload requires a dedicated Executive Assistant to be hired.
