Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will oversee event management and agency investigation compliance while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You'll act as a liaison with State agencies for event reporting and investigations and contribute to our commitment to safety, compliance, and quality within the organization.

To qualify for the Quality Assurance Specialist role, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with one year of relevant experience; an Associate’s degree with two years; or a high school diploma with four years of experience. Additionally, certain certifications and training will be provided, such as DDA Investigator Training and First Aid/CPR training.

Candidates will receive a variety of training including Department of Disabilities and Aging (DDA) designated online training, First Aid and CPR training within the first 90 days, Person Centered Thinking Training, and Emory Valley Center Orientation, among others to equip you for success in your role.
