You will have tremendous opportunities for professional growth and advancements.The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience testing web applications.Responsibilities:• Learn the WITS and integrated software Applications/Current Automation Tool in use.• Working with the QA Manager and project team to identify, understand, and document software requirements, acceptance criteria, data flows, and expected outcomes of software being developed.• Create detailed, comprehensive, effective and well-structured test scenarios and test cases based on requirements, user stories and project needs.• Maintain and automate test cases, test data, test results and test reports as per the need.• Demonstrating good judgment in the execution of assigned tasks while acting as a fully engaged team player who is detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple assignments and responsibilities at the same time.• Provide the team with timely and accurate QA status and progress during all project testing phases.• Conduct thorough Regression testing to ensure bug-free releases.• Perform Functional, database, system testing of the application to meet business needs.• Perform non-functional requirements testing like usability, performance and scalability.• Identify areas for continuous improvement.• Assist in test case maintenance as necessary to keep repository current• Provide estimates on the amount of time needed to complete testing related tasks within a sprint.• May need to shift working hours or dates depending on the project needs, to ensure due dates are met.• Document test work and draft reports describing testing performed and results.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years’ experience with software product quality assurance; including, but not limited to manual testing, writing test cases, regression testing, documenting steps to reproduce, submitting bugs, and documenting issues.• Experience in developing Test Strategies, Cases and Procedures from System/Software Requirement specifications and Business Requirements• Experience in System, Integration, Component, Sanity and Regression testing• Ability to write LoadRunner tests for JavaScript web applications calling backend REST services• Ability to design and run complex test scenarios to model production workloads for both UI and backend driven functionality• Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills with a track record of delivering production grade systems in a team environment• Motivated individual who learns quickly, has pride in building a new product and can engage others to accelerate technical solutions• 3 years of experience working with agile scrum methodologies and bug creation in tools like JIRA o Strong experience with bug lifecycle and test management tools• Experience in working with distributed teams is a huge plus• Ability to extract data using a variety of commercially available tools including MS Excel, SQL Server Management Studio (SMSS) and write SQL queries to verify data flow between multiple components and systems.• Practical Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test cases.• Previous Automation experience is a plus• Previous API Experience desired#Li-RemoteReasonably expected salary range: $76,900.00 - $102,500.00Category: Information TechnologyRequisition: J0076090
