Job Title: ASIC Design EngineerJob Location: San Jose, CA - 95134Job Duration: 12 Months (Contract)Pay Rate: $101/hrJob Description:3rd party IP vendor managementObtain and track Vendors roadmaps, vendor IP and expertise evaluation, and recommend selectionInitiate or review Vendor license agreements, NDA’s, SOW’sSpecial IP development or modification with vendorsFinalize, manage, and track Vendors deliverables and schedule, documentation, chaz reportsWork with HPC-IT team on installation of vendor deliverables to centralized Vendor IP server location and push notification to appropriate design teams on completion of deliverables installationWork with HPC-IT team on ensuring appropriate design team access to licensed IP stored on IP server (permission allowed only to the design teams with valid licenses)Manage and track Vendors errata distribution and follow up with design team (Jira)Document Vendors escalation paths, special requests handlingArrange and/or participate in technical discussions with vendors (managed by design team reps, IP team involved)Support and follow up for the special cases (normal cases to be managed by design team)SoC Project IP tracking list creation and status updatesIP TO sign-off supportPost TO project support and IP maintenanceSharePoint maintenance for sites related to 3rd party IP5-7 years of experience
