Job Title: Marketing ManagerDuration: 6-month contractLocation: Lexington, MA 02421 (HYBRID ROLE)Pay Rate: $60.00 - $62.00/hrJob Description:As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and facilitating an agile pod focused on Entyvio marketing initiatives.You will be responsible for guiding the team through agile rituals, ensuring smooth coordination with cross functional partners, and driving the successful execution of marketing epics.Your expertise in agile methodologies and experience in a marketing environment will be essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a marketing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles, with a track record of successfully building and leading agile teams.Experience using tools like Jira and Confluence.Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with marketing technologies and tools is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate agile rituals, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, medical, legal, regulatory, marketing operations, and external agencies.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging open communication and transparency.Implement and promote agile best practices, tools, and processes to support marketing initiatives.Manage the tracking of the agile pod operational scorecard, including key speed, quality, and efficiency metrics.Guide the team in developing and executing test and learn initiatives to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.Monitor and report on the progress of sprints, identifying any impediments or bottlenecks and addressing them proactively.Support the continuous improvement of team workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Act as a mentor and coach for team members, helping them understand and adopt agile principles and practices.Support other brand marketing initiatives as needed.
