We are looking for a Global Event Marketing leader who is passionate about re-defining events in today’s ever-changing event landscape. As an Events Lead on our team, you will be responsible for the strategy and oversight of our global event portfolio, including our annual Udemy-hosted flagship conferences and internal Udemy corporate events. You will also work with your peers to support monthly Udemy-hosted event series, field sales events, sponsored industry and CXO events on an as needed basis. You will also invent entirely new event experiences, both in-person and virtual. You will work with your peers and work with 3rd party agencies to ideate and execute a global events portfolio including promotion, content and program development and production, all with the goal of educating, inspiring and influencing business leaders to upskill their workforce with Udemy for Business.
This leader is a senior member of the marketing team who will work cross-functionally across Udemy and is a leader on our GTM strategy team. You will manage and influence sales and customer success and marketing stakeholders, and partner with product marketing, PR and marketing operations to amplify our company initiatives, campaigns, brand and event pipeline goals.

At Udemy, we strive to be transparent around compensation. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
Hiring Compensation Range
$146,000—$180,000 USD
