SoCom Informationssyteme gehört seit 2023 zu Everfield. Der Standort von SoCom befindet sich in Krumbach, nahe Augsburg. 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Sales-Teams suchen wir einen engagierten International Sales Manager (m/w/d), der unsere nationalen und internationalen Bestandskunden in der Wäscherei- und Textilservicebranche betreut und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zur langfristigen Kundenzufriedenheit und Umsatzsteigerung bietet.  

 

Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Kundenbetreuung und -bindung: Verantwortung für die Betreuung eines festen Bestandskundenportfolios, um eine langfristige und erfolgreiche Geschäftsbeziehung sicherzustellen. 

  • Identifikation von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen: Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse und Entwicklung von Angeboten für zusätzliche oder erweiterte Lösungen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und den Umsatz zu steigern. 

  • Beratung und Optimierung: Proaktive Beratung der Kunden bei der optimalen Nutzung unserer Lösungen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen, um Kundenbedürfnisse bestmöglich zu erfüllen. 

  • Kundenfeedback und Produktentwicklung: Erfassung und Weiterleitung von Kundenfeedback an interne Abteilungen, insbesondere Produktentwicklung und Support, um unsere Lösungen stetig weiterzuentwickeln. 

  • Erstellung von Reportings und Erfolgsmessungen: Regelmäßige Analyse und Berichterstattung über Kundenbeziehungen, Umsatzentwicklung und Kundenzufriedenheit. 

Wen wir suchen: 

  • Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, idealerweise im Software-Bereich oder in der Wäscherei- und Textilservicebranche.  

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden, Empathie und ein sicheres Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und -potenziale. 

  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Affinität zu IT-Themen: Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, IT-Affinität und Interesse an Softwarelösungen. 

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch als Muttersprache und fließende Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil. 

  • Eigenständigkeit und Organisationstalent: Selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, um parallel mehrere Kundenbeziehungen erfolgreich zu managen.
