Experian is seeking an experienced and innovative leader that is passionate about data protection and Cryptography to lead a team of engineers that deliver Cryptographic Services to the enterprise.  This includes a vast experience in data security including encryption, cryptographic key and certificate management solutions to the enterprise.  Providing the vision and direction needed to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of cryptographic technologies and threats.  Proven experience applying specialized knowledge to develop and implement robust cryptographic solutions.

·        Optimize cryptographic systems for performance and scalability globally for all regions and business units.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders on cryptographic solutions including applications teams, business units, regions, Global Security to create and execute on a compelling strategic vision with roadmap for the Crypto Services organization.

 

·        A transformative leader who is self-motivated and excels at growing team skills. Fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment. Inspires and empowers the team, driving continuous improvement and innovation. With a strong focus on personal and professional development, this leader will ensure that each team member (team of 14) reaches their full potential, effectively manages performance and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

·        Manage vendors including license management, product usage, feature roadmaps and ensure well-managed integrations of vendor platforms into our ecosystem. Keeps abreast of continually changing data protection industry.

·        Partner with the global security teams to provide solutions to manage risk proactively and effectively, leveraging enterprise risk management processes.  Expert knowledge of data protection and practices.  Advises on security governance, policy standards and reviews.

·        Coordinating with other departments to integrate cryptographic practices into broader organizational strategies.

Your background:

  • 13+ years' of security and data protection experience including data encryption, cryptographic protocols, secrets management, certificate management (public and PKI) experience at an enterprise scale.  Migration to cloud experience preferred.
  • 10+ leading and transforming high performing teams.
  • Proficient security on prem and cloud experience in CipherTrust Manager, HSM, (Gemalto/SafeNet), Vormetric Key management, PKI solutions and certificate management.
  • Data security technologies including DSPM, DLP, data discovery, IAM, etc preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
