Job Description

What you will do:

You will report into the Service Operations Manager.

  • Perform the extraction, formulation and manipulation of data to address business requirement.
  • Interpret analysis results and documentation.
  • Configure Core DA software according to specifications under guidance of Solutions / Senior Solutions analyst
  • Test software against specification to ensure the product operates as specified
  • Identify causes of software problems (at product or data level)
  • Resolve problems, escalating only after analysis and execution of well-defined tests
  • Share findings with peers from your & other teams
  • Communicate ideas in knowledge sharing forums
  • Develop positive daily client relationship at peer level
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings, including presenting results, conclusions and recommendations in both written and verbal form.
  • Work with multiple partners within Experian to interpret requirements and data and resolve queries.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • IT Diploma or equivalent standard with a high numeric content
  • 2+ years of working experience in the field of application / customer support
  • Fluent English
