Job Description

Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) is an exciting market to work in right now following the announcement of the acquisition of illion. You will work closely and partner with the Experian ANZ Chief Executive Officer and Chief HR Officer to provide insights, views to help shape and implement the internal communications strategy.

 

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

 

  • Ability to generate high quality, on point and on brand content for a dispersed workforce
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and strong attention to detail - getting it right first time Intermediate
  • Great relationship building skills – comfortable dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. Able to partner in a matrixed environment

 

Work that matters - What you'll be doing

 

Internal Communications

  • Working closely with the Chief HR Officer for ANZ and the Chief Executive Officer for ANZ, you will develop and implement an internal communications strategy to strengthen our mission and manage change, whilst building employee engagement in a hybrid work environment. You will use our internal tools and systems (MS Teams, SharePoint) to develop metrics and measure the impact of the strategy.

Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

  • You will lead on delivering key DEI campaigns and initiatives within the ANZ Business. Most of these initiatives will be created by our regional and global team to be executed locally.

Listening Strategy (Engagement)

  • Globally we run an annual (Great Place To Work) survey and quarterly Pulse Surveys. You will be accountable for working with the regional team to execute these surveys within the market, ensuring maximum responses rates.

Qualifications

More about you

 

  • 5+ years of experience in working in at least one of the disciplines of Change Management, DEI, Volunteering or Wellbeing
  • 5+ years experience of working in a truly global environment. This role operates across multiple time zones so some flexibility will be required in terms of working pattern.
