In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll get to develop and refine our HR processes, offering actionable support to both employees and managers on daily HR matters. This role is not just about handling paperwork; it involves contributing to innovative projects that enhance employee well-being and foster a positive workplace culture. Your focus will be ensuring compliance, championing continuous improvement, and intelligently utilizing data to create a supportive and efficient working environment. We want someone who is independent, proactive, and ready to take the lead in HR initiatives. If you have experience in spearheading HR projects from conception to execution and enjoy identifying issues and crafting practical solutions, Marabu Airlines is the perfect fit for you! We require a minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR and a strong understanding of Estonian labor law. Knowledge of HR systems (HRIS), project management skills, and HR data analysis are essential. You should be able to juggle various processes and maintain excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Being fluent in both Estonian and English is a must, and while it’s not required, knowledge of German labor law will be a plus.
