Employee Lifecyle Specialist

Ready to take the next step in your HR career and join the exciting world of aviation? Marabu Airlines is looking for an Employee Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.

You’ll help develop and improve our HR processes, support employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters, and contribute to projects that boost well-being. By focusing on compliance, continuous improvement, and smart use of data, you'll help create an even more supportive and efficient work environment.

 

We’re looking for someone independent, proactive, and ready to lead. You should enjoy identifying problem areas, thinking critically, and designing practical solutions. If you’ve led HR projects from the ground up, not just supported them, you’ll feel right at home!

  • minimum 2 years of work experience in HR and good knowledge of Estonian labor law
  • Knowledge and experience with HR systems (HRIS)
  • Project management and HR data analysis skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple processes, documents, and projects efficiently
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluent Estonian and English language skills

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Knowledge of German labor law

  • Additional 7 days of vacation per year (35 days instead of regular 28) + 1 extra day on your birthday.
