Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate

The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment is now partnered with a south side company to hire an Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate!Job Summary/Company Information:• This position will be responsible for answering phones• Assisting walk-in customers; accepting payments• Up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate• Assisting the outside sales team with order entry• Coordinating with dispatchers to schedule deliveries• Entering quotes and job pricing into the system• Maintaining the showroom inventory and cleanliness• All other duties as assigned.
