Compensation and Benefits:

  • $55,000 to $65,000 annual salary plus mileage reimbursement

What You'll Bring:

  • Residential construction experience preferred

  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a field management or supervisory position

    • Home remodeling, impact doors and windows installation, solar panel and energy industries- a plus

  • Must have large personal vehicle for daily use

  • Proficiency in Office 365 and data entry

  • Good organizational, social, and customer service skills

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required

 What You'll Do:

  • Function in a customer-facing role to support customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide creative solutions ensuring 100% customer satisfaction

  • Monitor installation of jobs to ensure quality standards are maintained

  • Coordinate installation material delivery and pickup

  • Perform pre and post inspection of job site

  • Collect final documents and payments upon job completion

  • Recruit installers as needed to support growth

  • Complete services where necessary

  • Recommend concepts to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality

  • Represent FHIA in project meetings and attend strategy sessions
