Position: Chief of Staff/Senior Personal Assistant

Reporting to: Founder & CEO

Location: Austin (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organized Chief of Staff/Senior Personal Assistant to support a dynamic Principal with both business and personal matters. 

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex schedules, coordinating logistics, and anticipating needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and scheduling

  • Oversee comprehensive calendar management and provide daily agenda briefings

  • Handle all travel arrangements, including airport pickups and coordination

  • Manage multiple properties and associated logistics

  • Coordinate with service providers (dry cleaning, household staff, contractors)

  • Manage household operations including kitchen stocking and maintenance

  • Handle administrative tasks including vehicle registration, insurance, and legal documentation

  • Organize and execute special projects (events, storage management, property organization)

  • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize support and anticipate needs

  • Maintain clear communication, primarily via text messaging

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a personal assistant to high-net-worth individuals

  • Proven track record managing complex personal and professional logistics

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset

  • Strong project management skills

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Ability to travel as needed (occasional, not weekly)

  • Experience managing household staff and vendors
