Manager, Graphic Design

FIGS is looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Graphic Design to ensure the highest quality of visual content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the creation of all visual content, ensuring alignment with FIGS’ brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Review and approve all design work, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Mentor graphic designers, providing guidance and support.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into the design process.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision and design excellence.
  • Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign).
  • Experience with digital and social media design.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $90,000 and $120,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience. 

Additional Compensation and Benefits 

  • FIGS provides a discount when purchasing FIGS stock voluntarily through our FIGS Employee Stock Purchase Plan  
  • Annual bonus: This position is eligible to participate in the FIGS annual bonus program
