What You’ll Do:

💼 Promote & Serve
As a frontline ambassador, you’ll play a key role in promoting our full range of deposit and loan products. You’ll assist members with everyday transactions, provide expert support, and help guide them toward the best financial solutions.

📞 Provide Outstanding Member Support
You’ll be the first point of contact for member questions, concerns, and account needs—via phone, email, and in person. Your goal: to ensure every interaction is helpful, professional, and leaves a lasting impression.

🤝 Build Relationships
From opening new accounts to educating members about our services, you'll create strong, lasting relationships. You’ll be a trusted resource members can count on.

🚀 Execute with Excellence
You’ll perform all functions with accuracy, compliance, and care—ensuring our members' needs are met while following established policies and regulations.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar customer service, teller, or banking role.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, Credit Union operations, and teller procedures is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
