Senior B2B Digital Marketing Specialist

First Focus is Australia's best Managed Service Provider (MSP), with a team of over 300 technical professionals across offices in Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our digital campaigns across multiple channels. Duties

(We will not expect someone to have all of these experiences, familiarity and knowledge is the key to be successful on this role)

The role consists of some or all of the following activities:

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid media (Google Ads PPC, Display & Youtube, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads), and content marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, including strategy, execution, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
  • SEO Optimization: Oversee all aspects of SEO on our website, blog, and Youtube channel including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
  • Paid Media Expertise: Design and manage high-impact paid advertising campaigns that align with business objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics on Google Analytics 4 to derive actionable insights and continuously improve results and report back findings to the team.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with creative teams to produce engaging content on our Podcast and blog that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a mentor and advisor for junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and project management
  • Highly proficient in English
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus campaign strategy, execution and reporting, as well as SEO and paid media.
  • B2B digital marketing experience
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, etc.) and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a data-driven mindset.
