Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager for a temporary maternity leave coverage contract starting mid-December 2024 through mid-April 2025, with the potential for permanent, full-time employment based on performance during this period. a 4-month maternity cover role.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop strategies based on advanced client market insights, including KPIs and performance metrics, and implement real-time optimizations to improve results.

  • Content Creation & Management: Design, curate, and manage content, including writing captions and creating social media calendars for client accounts

  • Community Engagement: Monitor, listen to, and respond to social audiences in ways that deepen engagement and defuse potential issues.

  • Platform Monitoring: Provide guidance on engagement opportunities across evolving social channels and evaluate new opportunities within client budgets.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social performance across platforms, creating actionable insights for clients.

  • Collaboration: Work directly with the EVP Performance Marketing & Analytics, as well as other internal and client teams, to deliver on social media strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of social and digital marketing experience, managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.

  • Proficiency: Expertise in Sprout Social is a must.

  • Analytics: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using data to measure and inform strategies.

  • Communication: Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to influence others effectively.

  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.

  • Passion for Social Media: Deep understanding of social media's business impact and a genuine enthusiasm for its evolving landscape.
