About the Opportunity:The Facilities Site Manager will direct facilities maintenance and repairs for the Fisher Plano Campus and any future buildings.Key Responsibilities:• Manage facilities staff on a daily basis and administer work order program• Provide support and expertise to improvements and capital projects in the buildings including general repair and maintenance of office buildings• Respond to after hours time-sensitive calls from tenants, property managers, or building owners• Inspect premises daily to determine general condition of property• Maintain fire safety standards per local building codes• Provide expertise, planning, and recommendations involving HVAC and electrical requirements• Support the planning, implementation, and management of tenant improvement projects and assist in design and engineering of facilities projects• Create and manage preventative maintenance programs for building and equipment• Manage facilities software work order program• Set performance metrics for facilities staff and response time• Provide property manager and owner with weekly reports on facility status• Create and manage facility staff training program• Maintain safety standards as outlined by our company on all activities related to the businessRequirements:• Bachelors degree in business, accounting, engineering, facilities, or project management or a similar field. MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred• 2+ years of experience managing maintenance for a Class A office building and managing facilities staff or work crews• Experience working with architects, design engineers, and city officials for building construction related purposes and the ability to read blueprints• Willing to be on call 24/7 as neededEstimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
