Here at Fisher, we are seeking a dynamic individual who will guide the facilities maintenance and repairs at our Plano Campus and any future buildings. In this exciting role, you will manage a dedicated team, oversee our work order program, and support various improvements and capital projects within our office buildings. You'll need to be proactive, as you'll be on the front lines, responding to time-sensitive after-hours calls from tenants and property managers. Each day will bring a new set of inspections as you determine the general condition of the property and ensure all fire safety standards are upheld. Your expertise in HVAC and electrical systems will be pivotal in planning and executing tenant improvement projects, and you will play a crucial role in creating and managing our preventative maintenance programs. As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will set performance metrics, provide weekly status reports to property managers and owners, and maintain safety standards for all activities. If you have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a similar field, along with at least two years of relevant experience managing a Class A office building, we would love to hear from you.
