SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER, DENMARK
OUR ROLE
Vita, the home of design-driven luxury brands like Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen, IITTALA, and Wedgwood, is growing. We are hiring an Sr. HRBP to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, support organisational change, and ensure we have solid, people-focused practices in place. You’ll act as a key point of contact for leaders and teams, helping to build capability, drive engagement, and support how we help our teams develop and grow.
Reporting to our Director, HR, Royal Copenhagen, this hybrid role will be based at our new office in Flintholm, Frederiksberg.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, translating business needs into effective people strategies and initiatives. You’ll contribute to workforce and succession planning, talent development, and change initiatives. With a focus on building engagement and enabling growth, you’ll help ensure we have solid, people-focused practices in place.
Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and provide day to day HR guidance
Use workforce and HR data to inform decisions and anticipate future talent needs
Support follow-up on employee surveys and engagement actions
Provide coaching to leaders on feedback, performance, and development planning
Ensure compliance with employment law, HR policies, and local risk management
WHO YOU ARE
You are a skilled HR professional who brings both strategic insight and hands-on experience. You build trust with leaders, adapt quickly to change, and work confidently across teams and functions to deliver practical solutions.
7+ years of experience in HR, including business partnering or advisory roles
Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
Clear and confident communicator, able to explain complex HR topics in a simple way
Proficient in HRIS systems, like Workday, and comfortable using HR data to guide decisions
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented in your approach
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Fully fluent in both Danish and English, our global working language
