As Head of Operations, you’ll literally transform and save lives by leading an elite organization of nearly 200 (and growing) across business operations, psychiatrists, psychedelic guides, and customer support.
• Care Efficiency: Reduce care costs across our clinical, guide, support, and fulfillment teams with a strong focus on emerging AI tools and homegrown software
• Care Quality: Improve quality of clinical and coaching care, customer support, and time to value delivered to clients
• Expansion: Operationalize new clinical protocols and healthcare products to increase CLTV and increase patient access to life-changing therapies
• Machine Builder: Designs scalable and automated solutions from first principles with KPIs to monitor success
• Margin Maximizer: Track record of increasing efficiency and decreasing cost without sacrificing quality; expert negotiator (internally and externally)
• First Principles Thinker: Questions assumptions and analyzes problems from the ground up; challenges conventional wisdom to optimize client outcomes and experiences
• Analytic Horsepower: Aptitude for crunching and synthesizing large data sets to drive business decisions; thinks a few layers deeper than average
• Remote-able: You excel in a remote-first, writing-based culture of freedom and responsibility
5+ years managing a large workforce. Preferably with remote employees.
