About the Role


As a Product Leader at Flow, you will spearhead our portfolio of branded digital products, including websites, e-commerce, and experiential content offerings. You will drive the vision and execution of category-defining digital experiences that seamlessly integrate our physical and digital touchpoints. Working directly with executive leadership, you will shape the strategic direction of our digital presence while maintaining an unwavering commitment to exceptional design and performance standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with our internal studio, operations, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences that drive business growth. You will partner directly with engineering and product design to deliver and continuously iterate our experiences to maintain their category leading presence.  

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution capabilities, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment where velocity and excellence are equally valued.


Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Flow's digital brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand standards
  • Lead the development of comprehensive product roadmaps that balance innovation, performance optimization, and business impact across all digital touch points
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between executive teams, internal studio, engineering, operations, and performance marketing to deliver cohesive digital experiences
  • Establish and optimize key performance metrics, focusing on conversion optimization, user engagement, and business growth
  • Champion user-centric design principles and ensure consistent, premium brand experiences across all digital platforms
  • Mentor and develop product managers while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Own strategic partnerships with technology vendors and external partners to enhance our digital capabilities


Background
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated experience delivering products in high growth environments
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling premium digital experiences, particularly in e-commerce or branded content
  • Deep understanding of conversion optimization, analytics, and performance marketing principles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of visually striking, high-performing digital products
  • Experience leading and mentoring product teams in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Excellence in cross-functional leadership, with demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in modern digital platforms, analytics tools, and development methodologies


Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in modern product development tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma)
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems
  • Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Snowflake) and A/B testing frameworks
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies and patterns
  • Familiarity with UX research methodologies and tools
