About the position:
Location: Houston, TX/Alpharetta, GA/Arlington, VA (hybrid — 2-3 days a week)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and manage the Supply Chain functions in support of the introduction of new products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, project management, and new product introduction processes. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure the successful launch of new products from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end NPI process, ensuring timely and cost-effective product launches.
· Develop and implement supply chain strategies for new products, including sourcing, procurement, planning, and logistics.
· Collaborate with product engineering, advanced manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
· Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure smooth product introductions.
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals and objectives.
· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
· Continuously improve NPI processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
