Your performance is measured based on your personal and productivity objectives as well as your ability to provide every Customer with an exceptional in-store experience.Responsibilities:• High levels of customer satisfaction are achievable by having an in-depth understanding of all products available and partnering with colleagues to deliver outstanding sales support• Successful retail management is a delicate balancing act between delivering on sales goals, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining operational excellence• It's also important to track your progress and make adjustments to your plan if necessary• Connects with patrons by employing open-ended questioning to evaluate individual needs• Aptitude in Acquiring and Communicating Proficiency of Products and Trends to Satisfy Customers’ Preferences• Stays up-to-date on all product knowledge, from the newest releases to upcoming developments and industry insights• Encouraging open communication and actively listening to the concerns and suggestions of all employees promotes a collaborative and welcoming work cultureQualifications:• Working in retail for up to three years can be considered a novice phase, but it's also a crucial period to learn and develop your skills.
