Our growing Google Ad Grant service is trusted by dozens of organizations like Claire’s Place Foundation, Glacier National Park Conservancy, and Erika’s Lighthouse to effectively leverage Google Ads to help their organizations.

We’re a proudly global team, with a strong focus on providing the best Google Ad Grant experience for nonprofits by working with experienced Google Ads experts from around the world.

Requirements

Information about the role and company:

The range of tasks includes the following:

  • Management of Google ads-related accounts, and all aspects of Google Ad campaigns

  • Account management that includes interacting with clients and managing PPC campaigns

  • Generation and facilitation of upsell opportunities on existing accounts

  • Utilization of Google Ads to manage, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns

  • Coordination with sales team to suggest strategies for prospective new clients

  • Utilization of SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads to analyze websites, and website traffic, and make recommendations.

  • Designing, building, and executing digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads Tools

  • Assisting with Digital Marketing tasks and campaigns

  • Maintenance of Google Ad accounts and analysis of results to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.

  • Analyzing existing landing pages on a client’s site and making recommendations for improvements for the client to implement

  • Analysis and optimization of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns

  • Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility.

We currently have a number of team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members, and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!

Location:

  • We're prioritizing candidates from the Philippines.

  • Work-from-home setup

Hours options:

  • You would work during US EST Hours (approx 8am to 5pm EST) - This option comes with higher monthly pay.

  • You would work a split shift (approximately 8am-1pm EST and then 9pm-1am EST)

Interview and Timeline

We’re conducting interviews now. The target start date would be dependent on the result of the interview.

What makes a strong candidate:

  • Consistent availability & looking for a long-term position

  • 5+ years of experience working managing Google Search Ads

  • Expert in Google Ads (it would be preferable if you are a certified Google Ads Expert)

  • Experience in setting and executing Search Ads strategy

  • Experience working in a client-facing account management role

  • Experience with Google Ad Grant is a plus

  • Experience with landing page optimization is a plus

Benefits

Equipment: The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided.

Wages:

  • Hourly compensation is in $USD

  • We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills

  • Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own

  • Target 42.5 billable hours per week

  • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings​

Paid Vacation Leave

  • 20 days accrued annually

  • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.

  • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Paid Sick Time

  • 5 sick days off annually

Paid Life Leave

  • 15 days accrued annually.

Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time.

Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments. 

Example Life Leave scenarios include:

  • Settling in a new pet

  • Moving houses

  • Having a child

  • Adoption

  • Mental health days

  • Family caregiving needs

  • Having major surgery

  • Taking a multi-week extended vacation

  • Making the final preparations for a wedding

Paid Holidays

  • You have 7 paid US holidays.
