Our growing Nonprofit Marketing service is trusted by dozens of organizations like Claire’s Place Foundation, Glacier National Park Conservancy, and Erika’s Lighthouse to effectively leverage Google Ads to help their organizations.
We’re a proudly global team. We focus on providing nonprofits with the best Google Ad Grant experience by working with experienced Google Ads experts worldwide.

About the role and the company:
The range of tasks includes the following:
Researching and identifying sales prospects
Cold-calling prospects on the phone
Cold outreach emails to prospects
Managing a sales pipeline
Following sales cadences for inbound and outbound leads
Warm email outreach
Creating sales presentation materials
Holding sales calls with prospects via Zoom
Managing contracts
Assisting with onboarding and handing off signed clients to the account management team

Hours and Location:
You will be working in US Eastern Daytime (Approx 8 or 9 am - 5 or 6 pm EST).
We're prioritizing candidates from the Philippines.

Equipment: The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided.
Wages:
Hourly compensation is in $USD
We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills
Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own
Target 42.5 billable hours per week
Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings
Paid Vacation Time
20 days accrued annually
These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.
Paid Sick Time:
5 sick days off annually
Paid Life Leave
15 days accrued annually.
Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time.
Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
