Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Analyst, Demand Generation Performance to join our Demand Generation Marketing team. This role will work closely with the Marketing Operations and Analytics team and Demand Generation team to analyze data, extract actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret data, create predictive models, and identify trends that drive marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:


Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team to analyze demand generation performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build and run correlation models, propensity-to-buy models, and ROI models to assess program effectiveness.
  • Identify high-performing programs and surface trends to inform strategy.


Storytelling with Data:

  • Interpret complex datasets to weave a clear, compelling narrative that highlights key findings and supports strategic decision-making.


Dashboard Development & Reporting:

  • Partner with Marketing Operations to develop and maintain relevant dashboards for demand generation performance tracking.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with detailed data insights and reporting.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  •  Work closely with Demand Generation leadership and functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and identify linkages and interactions between component parts of the overall demand generation system.
     

Project Management:

  • Take ownership of data-driven projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
  • Partner with team leadership to ensure collective accountability for quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, demand generation, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling.
  • Experience building and running predictive models (e.g., correlation models, propensity-to-buy models).
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear insights and narratives.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology industry is a plus.

Additional Information

Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

Compensation Package

$149,600-$215,050 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
