POSITION OVERVIEW

The Technical Project Manager will lead a critical project to provide integration and automation with partner banks for the HOA industry. This role involves managing software integration projects between FRONTSTEPS and banking partners, support process creation, customer onboarding and go-to-market activities to increase customer acquisition within a clear budget and timeline.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Manage project scope, establish timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery across FRONTSTEPS and Banking Partners.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive software enhancements and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure the technical aspects of the application align with project goals
  • Create comprehensive documentation for project plans, updates, and outcomes
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to increase the customer base
  • Manage and assist customer onboarding activities
  • Oversee budgeting for customer acquisition and project expenditures
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates
  • Identify risks and devise appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Ensure the application meets high standards of performance and reliability
  • Deliver regular reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders
  • Performs other duties as requested by management


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in technical project management, especially in system integration or financial services
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation capabilities
  • Experience and understanding of integrating AI into advanced product offerings
  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies
  • Understanding of the HOA space and banking services is a plus
  • Financial acumen for effective budget management


$90,000 - $120,000 a year
This position will be based in FRONTSTEPS' Denver, CO headquarters and pays an annual salary of $90,000 - $120,000.

This position will remain open through 1/1/2025.
