As our Account Strategist, you’ll bridge the gap between onboarding new clients and ongoing client success. You’ll help to solution and map out phased roll out plans, implement HubSpot solutions enhanced by AI automation, refine sales processes, and ensure clients see continuous, measurable improvements over time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Building phased implementation roadmaps (30/90/180 days) aligned with client goals and HubSpot configurations.
Running onboarding sessions, workshops, and strategy calls to get deep into our clients business, build trust and ensure alignment.
Leveraging dashboards, analytics, and insights to optimise marketing funnels, sales pipelines, improve conversion rates, and deliver measurable ROI.
Leading and coordinating our offshore team to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Identifying and executing upsell opportunities to grow client accounts and foster long-term partnerships.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Low-Value Admin: Our offshore team handles the heavy lifting, freeing you to focus on driving strategic conversations and maximising impact with clients.

Within 3 Months: Confidently lead client onboarding, architect tailored HubSpot implementations, and identify quick wins to boost conversion.
Within 6 Months: Standardise and refine best practices for sales coaching, data enrichment, and AI utilisation—scaling these methods across multiple clients.
By Year’s End: Head up the HubSpot practice area, influencing roadmap decisions, consistently surpassing revenue targets, and setting the stage for future leadership responsibilities.
Excel at managing complex, data-rich projects and leveraging data and insights to refine funnels and optimise workflows.
Enjoy building client relationships, leading sessions, and becoming a trusted advisor.

3+ years of hands-on experience implementing HubSpot for clients in an agency environment.
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
A strategic mindset and the ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
A solid understanding of digital marketing, website builds, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
Business acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
A background in agency work and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
