We're on a mission to help athletes win and are looking for a dynamic Sales and Event Manager to join our team.

About the position

The Content Operations Manager ensures the efficient organization, production, and delivery of content across all marketing channels. This role bridges the gap between creative production and execution, freeing up leadership to focus on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Workflow Management: Develop and manage processes to streamline content creation, review, and iteration between internal teams, agencies, and endorsers.
  • Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, athlete endorsers, and internal teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a centralized library of content assets, cataloging all iterations for quick access.
  • Project Tracking: Oversee the lifecycle of each piece of content, from concept to iteration, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Quality Control: Review and validate content before it is distributed to video editors or paid media agencies.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in project or content operations management.
  • Familiarity with content production workflows and asset management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Bridge) and Dropbox experience is a plus.

Compensation and Perks 

  • Salary: $60,000 plus annual bonus when targets are achieved
  • Hybrid, expected to be in the office three days/week (Milford, CT) 
  • Health Benefits
  • Two weeks of vacation
