WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Director of Marketing, you will spearhead performance and growth marketing through the creation and execution of strategies to elevate brand awareness and generate increased demand for our services. 

Boldr has a strong Brand and works with Clients who choose Boldr because our mission driven approach creates enhanced value for their businesses. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead initiatives to achieve business objectives and deliver measurable results. Your focus will be on building awareness, creating and optimizing demand generation, and productizing our offerings, complemented by a keen understanding of brand and content.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Drive demand generation efforts through targeted campaigns, lead generation programs, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Lead our brand awareness / interest-driving content efforts (e.g. top of funnel), by collaborating with freelance writers, designers, sales professionals, customer and industry experts to scope and produce compelling, search-optimized content for our blog, website, landing pages, social media channels, webinars, online profiles, etc. 
  • Oversee all facets of growth and performance marketing initiatives, spanning SEO/SEM, paid advertising, lead nurturing campaigns, and social media.
  • Drive and manage budget allocation between channels and lead the campaign-specific strategy to optimize for conversion, CAC, LTV, ROAS, repeat rate etc. 
  • Oversee efforts to test and enhance digital customer journey experiences, and improve website conversion rates.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering their development and driving performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and revenue operations teams to align marketing efforts with their needs and provide necessary support and sales collateral.
  • Create and implement lead generation programs to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Select and manage world class agencies and partners to support and meet Boldr’s objectives.
  • Oversee the evolution of our brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, taking responsibility for Boldr’s corporate reputation and public relations.
  • Optimize our content and brand credibility by creating and maintaining an ongoing web content, blog and back-link strategy.

YOU HAVE…

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, and team leadership, preferably in the technology or outsourcing industry.
  • Deep experience in designing and implementing marketing strategies and demand generation. programs that have consistently contributed to meeting/exceeding revenue targets, including experience with ABM, CRM, list acquisition, marketing automation, events and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong brand development skills to define and differentiate Boldr in a competitive market.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content strategies essential for scaling marketing efforts.
  • Digital marketing expertise with up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, automation, tools and personalization.
  • Impeccable organization and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders. 
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Openness to international travel.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor.
  • Demonstrated ability to build marketing strategies and teams from scratch in early-stage companies.
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to roll up their sleeves to execute campaigns while also defining strategic marketing objectives.
