In this role, you’ll collaborate across our client portfolio to create strategic design solutions that bring brands and campaigns to life, exceed client objectives, and drive measurable results. You’ll contribute to shaping creative strategies, crafting standout product launches, and building impactful brands, with a strong focus on thoughtful design and innovative thinking. Your work will span the full spectrum of assets—including digital, print, conference/experiential, and sales enablement materials—ensuring cohesive and compelling creative across all touchpoints. We’re looking for someone with a strong design background, and some experience in B2B and/or Healthcare who is eager to learn about Animal Health. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop creative and design for campaign concepts, brands, websites, digital ads, emails, print ads, brochures, presentation decks, and professional documents.

  • Translate ideas and creative briefs into visual identity systems, infographics, social media assets, and other tangible mediums that align audiences and stakeholders.

  • Deliver strong, strategically driven design work from initial concepts through to final production, maintaining a sharp eye for detail and quality every step of the way.

  • Advocate for and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence across all outputs.

  • Work seamlessly within teams—across creative, internal stakeholders, contractors, and partners—to align on goals, communicate design choices clearly, and integrate feedback thoughtfully.

  • Participate in team critiques, helping to push the creative output of FWD through insight, collaboration, and innovative thinking.

  • Contribute fresh ideas and assist in developing new approaches to design, staying proactive about refining how we work.

  • Share skills and knowledge to help grow the team, while embracing feedback to elevate both your work and our collaborations.

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 7+ years of agency-based brand and campaign creative experience, with at least 1 year of experience working in Healthcare. Animal Health experience is a huge plus!

  • Mastery of long-form print documents (InDesign) and advanced proficiency with modern design tools like Figma. Motion graphics experience is a bonus!

  • You hold yourself and your work to high standards, balancing meticulous attention to detail with the ability to deliver strategic, innovative design that drives impact. 

  • A natural storyteller, you craft clear and compelling narratives across all mediums, from decks to campaign assets. 

  • You’re confident in client-facing settings, and experienced in presenting your work and ideas. 

  • Work well under pressure, and excel at self-managing while encouraging others to deliver exceptional work. You set clear expectations and consistently exceed them.

  • You embody a self-motivated positive attitude and collaborative nature, with the ability to adapt to new situations, think on your feet, and communicate openly and proactively with those around you.

The salary range for this role starts at $90,000 - $115,000 depending on experience, with a preference for contract-to-permanent candidates to ensure a mutual fit. However, full-time candidates are also welcome and encouraged to apply. This role is based in NYC (Brooklyn) with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
