Lead Product Manager, Growth

GoHenry is a UK-based fintech company created by parents to pioneer financial education. More recently, GoHenry moved into Europe and the US by joining forces with French fintech company PixPay and US investing app, Acorns. 

Together, Acorns, PixPay, and GoHenry have over 6 million members across 5 countries. We are focused on empowering families with engaging money management tools, educational content, and a seamless product experience that creates financial well-being from birth to adulthood.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager, Growth to drive customer and revenue growth by improving our registration journey, as well as shaping and delivering a wider growth strategy so we can help more parents, kids and teens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise the registration journey in order to set customers up for success and grow our customer base.

  • Ensure we're creating and clearly communicating value to our customers when they choose their plan or consider upgrading.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a wider product-led growth strategy, centered around family and community.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product Design, Engineering, and Data Analytics to create a delightful experience for our customers.

  • Partner closely with our Marketing teams and the Acorns Growth Product team, to align efforts and share learnings.

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of driving customer and revenue growth.

  • Passionate about crafting an exceptional customer experience. 

  • Highly data literate, with experience running experiments, analysing funnel performance, and leveraging customer insights to drive decisions.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think big and also deliver value often 

  • Structured thinker and outstanding communicator that can engage teams and stakeholders across the business.

  • Rock solid Product Management fundamentals, with a willingness to share them with the rest of the Product team and evangelise Product throughout the wider business

  • Enjoys collaborating with Product Design, Engineering, Data Analytics and Marketing teams to build something great together.

  • Comfortable leading a team from the front and being accountable for making things happen.

  • Understands Agile software development but prefers pragmatism to perfect process.
