The US base salary range for this full-time position is $237,000-$340,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Be responsible for leading and developing a team of sellers and leaders across the organization. Be responsible for attaining financial goals for the Americas Cybersecurity business.• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy in conjunction with core sales leaders. Articulate high-level, strategic viewpoints of the Sales function, envision new approaches to the business, and anticipate implications of decisions made on the product area/function.• Collaborate with product management, consulting and engineering teams. Own product activation activities at scale, internally and externally, as a successor role to VP for core functional or sub-functional areas.• Foster and guide relationships with key strategic partners such as GSI’s, MSSP’s and Cyber Security VAR’s.• Influence customer relationships at a high-level with buyers who typically have broad budgetary authority or are C-Suite executives, such as CIO, CMO, CEO, and CFO executives.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
