The Customer Story team is building the foundation for how merchants understand and serve their customers. We're responsible for storing and delivering all customer-related data — from rich customer profiles to detailed timelines of every shopper interaction. We connect and unify data from e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Magento, including orders, products, shopping carts, and more. You’ve got 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
You know the ins and outs of the frontend stack—CDN, Cache, Webpack, CI/CD.
You’ve worked in high-traffic environments — where scalability and performance are crucial.
You’re comfortable balancing frontend and backend needs and can give thoughtful input on API design.
You follow best practices (SOLID, React/Redux), but you're not afraid to make smart trade-offs when necessary.
You know how to build great UIs that look good and feel even better, using modern CSS and UX principles.
Nice to have: You’re familiar with react-query, async state management libraries, SWR, and WebSockets.
