As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their movement, manage pain, and enhance their overall function through hands-on therapy and personalized rehabilitation plans. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you the perfect work-life balance. With a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, this position is perfect for those passionate about patient care. In your role, you'll focus on 1–2 patients per hour, using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility while documenting care accurately in WebPT and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients. Your responsibilities will include developing and adjusting treatment plans based on each patient’s unique progress, making strong problem-solving skills essential for success. If you have a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and an active California PT license or the eligibility to obtain one, we want to meet you!
