In this full-time, virtual position, you'll be working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing compassionate support to your clients from the comfort of their own homes. As a counselor in California, your responsibilities will include conducting individual, family, and group counseling sessions, applying effective therapeutic methods tailored to various mental health needs. You'll have the opportunity to create personalized treatment plans that help clients achieve their mental health goals. Immediate support and crisis intervention will be at your fingertips as you tackle critical situations, while your meticulous documentation will ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
