Job Description
• Main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and creating protypes
• Coordinate with the product engineering and development teams to share the prototypes and support product development
• Perform functional testing to ensure that the product meets the specifications shared
• Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
• Contribute to thought leadership/whitepapers regularly
• Conduct periodic research to track regulatory changes, identify customer needs and market requirements
• Analyse the competition and identify the gaps
• Work closely with delivery team for a successful product delivery
• Work closely with the sales teams to educate on the product features and benefits
• Create support and training documents for internal and external users
