GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Head of Sales to join our Revenue Team in The US to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Implementation Managers.
Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2024. As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Head of Sales to join our team and drive revenue and GMV growth by acquiring new customers, optimizing the sales process, and improving customer onboarding.
Lead, mentor, and manage our US + Canada sales team to ensure high performance and the achievement of targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and accelerate GMV growth for medium and enterprise customers (100k GMV+ annually).
Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
Work with Marketing to improve lead generation strategies and targeting for larger customers.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize churn, especially for large accounts.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5+ years of experience leading sales or revenue-generating teams in a SaaS/Tech organization
2+ years of experience as a director/head (managing indirect reports) of a revenue-generating team
Proven experience raising the bar in sales teams, coaching and mentoring remotely
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
Ability to influence key stakeholders, close complex deals, and build strong client relationships.
