The Role



Your mission

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Head of Sales to join our Revenue Team in The US to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Implementation Managers.

Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2024. As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Head of Sales to join our team and drive revenue and GMV growth by acquiring new customers, optimizing the sales process, and improving customer onboarding.



Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage our US + Canada sales team to ensure high performance and the achievement of targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and accelerate GMV growth for medium and enterprise customers (100k GMV+ annually).

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to implementation.

  • Work with Marketing to improve lead generation strategies and targeting for larger customers.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize churn, especially for large accounts.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

We are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience leading sales or revenue-generating teams in a SaaS/Tech organization

  • 2+ years of experience as a director/head (managing indirect reports) of a revenue-generating team

  • Proven experience raising the bar in sales teams, coaching and mentoring remotely

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders, close complex deals, and build strong client relationships.
