Gretel is looking for a Field & Event Marketing Coordinator to join us for a contract position. As the Field & Event Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with our Growth Marketing and Sales teams to optimize our field event strategy, support growth campaigns, and drive leads and opportunities for sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and grow in field and event marketing, and has success in planning and organizing successful events, managing vendor relations, and working cross-functionally across various departments.
2+ years experience in event coordination and/or field marketing
Hands-on execution ability with effective project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Manage swag and giveaway inventory and shipping to events.
Organize and manage logistics and execution of events such as trade shows, conferences, and curated local events.
Create repeatable and scalable processes before, during & post events for the field marketing function with the creation of checklist templates.
Develop comprehensive event and field marketing strategy and drive seamless execution of marketing events in partnership with key cross-functional partners.
Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Ability to work cross-functionally across different geographies.
Self-starter who will take initiative with an optimistic “can do” attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation/CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and dedicate a minimum of 40 hours/week.
Data driven and ROI-focused.
Some travel required.
Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
Previous experience in creating project templates within task management tools such as Asana or Trello.
Start-up experience.
Previous experience building the field marketing strategy and managing budgets.
SaaS/tech industry experience with an understanding of B2B marketing.

Compensation: $50 - $85 USD/hour
Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized compensation details as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.
