About the Role

Kinetic Brands is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who is passionate about building integrated marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and growth across all brand media platforms (i.e newsletters, video, and social).

The ideal candidate will develop strategic marketing campaigns for ad sales, content creation, CRM, brand awareness, social campaigns, and product launches. The Growth Marketing Manager is a key member of our marketing team, responsible for driving growth and success for our brand through paid and organic ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have project management and execution skills.

This role reports to our Director of Marketing.

You will

  • Create, manage, and analyze paid search, display, and cpa campaigns across multiple search engines, ad networks, and websites to ensure acquisition and conversion goals are met for all products
  • Lead and drive paid social advertising strategy across channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok
  • Lead strategic efforts promoting major product launches, and supporting go-to-market efforts for existing and new products
  • In collaboration with Brand Team, drive strong results across email and SMS through the optimization of campaign and flows/automations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and brand, to develop high-performing ad, copy, and targeting strategies to resonate with target audiences
  • Lead strategy and enablement of A/B testing across channels to continuously improve performance and optimize campaigns
  • Focus on analytics and reporting to analyze performance, guide strategy, and drive results

You have

  • 3-5+ years in growth/performance marketing experience; Beauty & Cosmetics background a plus
  • BA in Marketing or relevant experience
  • Advanced skills in analytics and email marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Help shape the big picture but can execute on the day-to-day tasks
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to move fast in a high-growth environment
