Location & Remote Work

Our product marketing team works in the "remote-first" model, which means that we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

Stages of the Selection Process

Our selection process currently lasts an average of 40 days, from application to completion of the assessment. Going through:

  • Application and screening
  • Interview with recruiter
  • Case study
  • Interview with area leaders

As a Product Marketing Specialist you will:

  • Be part of the Product structure;
  • Understand our clients, making sure that our product value proposition addresses their needs and that we properly communicate them, following our brand strategy;
  • Create communication strategies in partnership with product and designs teams focusing on how to provide a better experience for our clients.
  • Be the focal point for our product and operations team to design strategies that help clients better understand our products;
  • Create and manage product marketing roadmaps;
  • Create and execute the launching strategy of our new products and features, and make sure that opportunities associated with this moment are fully explored;
  • Make sure that stakeholders are aware of each step of the launch process (customer support, inside sales, legal, marketing, product);
  • Be responsible for analyzing our communications (emails and scripts) with our customers, proposing improvements and rewriting texts.
  • Understand the main doubts and difficulties of our customers and prioritize the initiatives we should focus on to improve communication

    • Strong business and critical sense.
    • Have previous experience working as a product marketer.
    • Have already worked in a collaborative environment and enjoy building your work in partnership with many other teams;
    • Very organized, with project management skills;
    • Copywriting skills; 
    • Written and verbal communication skills;
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver, own and lead work with minimum guidance. Self-motivated, with communication and leadership skills;
    • At least 5 years of experience working in marketing;
    • Fluent English and Portuguese.
