About the role

As Global Senior Events Manager you will utilise your expertise in event management and production to create unforgettable experiences that amplify our brand's presence and brings magic to everyone everywhere. You will be the project lead across all global brand events, guiding the regional teams to deliver inspiring and immersive experiences for attendees ensuring each of our events continues to further fuel brand heat and love

As a Global Senior Events Manager you will

  • Responsible for creating global guidelines to ensure regions plan, execute, and manage events to a high standard.
  • Oversee all Founder led events from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution which generates brand awareness, heat and love.
  • Monitor, educate and inspire the wider business on event success. Using key metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and high ROI on all global events
  • Creation of global events briefing decks and presentations for SLT level sign off
  • Help to source and manage production companies, agencies and vendors to ensure they are meeting the specific design direction and guidelines that are in line with Charlotte Tilbury’s strategy, brand, image & budget
  • Develop and own relationships with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless omni channel event execution which is on-time and on- budget
  • Work alongside external agencies and partners to ensure brand guidelines are fully embedded at all times
  • Work in close partnership with internal and external creative teams to ensure events assets are clearly briefed and delivered on-time
  • In collaboration with global marketing and communications teams develop and implement strategic marketing plans for each event to drive maximum impact, advocacy and virality
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
  • Keep up to date with industry/market trends ensuring that as a brand we continue to think limitless and disrupt an innovate for with each of our events

  • Significant experience in events management and production, within a fast paced creative consumer led business.
  • Strong planning and project management experience (essential).
  • Strong portfolio of successful events delivered for beauty, fashion or lifestyle clients
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Creative mindset with keen eye for detail
  • Excellent team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional organisational, work-load prioritisation and time management skills
  • Experience working with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, managing all 'moving parts' to ensure all events run smoothly
  • Good negotiating skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at speed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
