GuidePoint Security is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to assist in maintaining and growing business within assigned accounts, focusing on customer retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as dedicated Account Manager for a specified Account Executive
  • Respond to Customer inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Act as a liaison between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint resources
  • Manage open opportunities in existing accounts with guidance from AE
  • Identify whitespace opportunities with customers and vendors
  • Engage with marketing communication for account base
  • Assist AE in forecast management

Education
